I did not know that I slept I did not know I'd wake up The Divine Goose pecked me right into the vertex And made me sing in a place, in which one's bound to howl Nobody promised it's gonna be easy I understand you, Sadko Yet my sense of humor recommends me to surface There's nothing new in the Nice Empire Just give to the northern barbarians some vodka in bed And no-one of them will ever want any change Mathematics seduced us Mathematics executed us Only Cream and Caramel will resurrect me Cream and Caramel, Cream and Caramel So The Great Limit's been reached Cream and Caramel, Cream and Caramel Would you copy that I just landed? And in the eastern steppes people are roaming in chains And until the national remains have not been inhumed This barge is hardly going to be set afloat And I don't care who's in the high-ups there It's Ginjol at hot steel works Boy, tell me where Cream and Caramel are Cream and Caramel, Cream and Caramel God, how sweet it all sounds! Cream and Caramel, Cream and Caramel Wake me up should something happen Wake me up in case something happens here, though
EditThe lyrics are occasionally kind of insane, but not to worry, so is the Russian original, too. The music is quite good, though, so the song is quite ok, as a whole. It's funny, each time I hear this song, a gentle stream flows in one ear and out the other. When it's over I just think, "hmm, quite nice". One doesn't even get to notice how incoherent the lyrics actually are. It does not seem to disturb much, either. ;-)
